MISCELLANEOUS RAMBLINGS
Here we can ramble on like idiots, which we often do,or pose questions that no one (in their right mind) has ever bothered to ask. We might let everyone out there know about a website that we think  is cool. If you have something for the page, send it in--we would love to hear from you!

Websites to check out : www.historicrc.com and www.deltaplastik.it . These two companies make some awesome vintage 1/8 bodies. You have to check them out !

A question recently came up around the office water cooler that we thought might be perfect for this page. The question was : What is the most valuable R/C car on earth?
Our answer ,after long consideration, was: Butch Kroells' TEAM ASSOCIATED RC100 that won the first World  Championship ever.
After agreeing on an answer we started to wonder, where is the winning RC100 now and where is Butch Kroells now? If you have any knowledge on these questions
 please send it in.
This actually brought up other questions such as : Where are the other two American R/C cars that won World  Championships ? In 1982 Art Carbonel won with a DELTA Super J ,and in 1987 RePete Fusco won it with a TEAM ASSOCIATED RC500 4wd .  Any info please let us know !

We have decided this is a worthwhile investigative assignment to undertake !  WE'RE ON A MISSION FROM GOD !!   (told you we weren't in our right minds)

On a completely different topic, are there any manufacturers producing tires/donuts for vintage rims? If you have any info on this subject, please let us know.

Recently received an email from a Mr. Bert Bonem who claims to have a huge inventory of 1/8 Team Associated parts for the RC1, RC2 , RC100 , RC200 , RC250 , RC300 AND RC500 to sell. If you would like to contact him, he can be reached at bert@jbedesigns.com he just might have the part you need to get your baby back on the asphalt. To show he's not just a dealer, but a true collector, he sent us photos of his LARGE assortment of cars, here are just a few. He even came through with a picture of his personal Delta 2PG because we are lacking one on another page. Awesome job Bert, THANK YOU !

We recently received an e-mail about a new european based website which is also dedicated to vintage 1/8 , so  please check it out ! It's http://www.eighthrchistoricmodelcars.com  , we think you'll like it !
